Basic Information : Oral rehydration salts assist in replenishing electrolytes and bodily fluids lost as a result of dehydration. Ingredients: Dextrose, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, and Sodium Chloride (Anhydrous)
Dosage & Administration : Depending upon age and severity of dehydration. Infant and children: 1-2 lt over a period of 24 hours. Adults: 2-4 lt over a period of 24 hours.
Side Effects : ness, unusual weakness, swelling of ankles/feet, mental/mood changes (such as irritability, restlessness), seizure
Interactions : Dextrose is a sugar, it is a form of glucose that serves as an energy source. Helps replenish energy stores of the body during dehydration or vomiting.
Warnings & Precautions : You have problems with your kidney.
You have severe uncontrollable vomiting or diarrhoea.
You are allergic to any of the components of this supplement.
You are on other medications, supplements or following any complementary or integrative health approaches.
Storage : Store the ORS lemon flavour liquid in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
