Description
Dextromethorphan HBr, Phenylephrine HCl, and Promethazine HCl is a combination medication used to relieve cough, nasal congestion, and runny nose caused by the common cold, flu, or hay fever.
Direction of Use:
Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor.
Follow the dosing instructions on the label or your prescription.
Do not take more than directed.
Contraindication:

Allergic to dextromethorphan, phenylephrine, or promethazine.
