Description

METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE SR AND GLIMEPRIDE TABLETS IP is a combination medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It contains metformin hydrochloride, a biguanide that helps lower blood sugar levels, and glimepiride, a sulfonylurea that increases insulin production.

Direction of Use:

Take this medication orally with or without food as directed by your healthcare provider. The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be taking.
