Description
GLIPRIDE TAB 2MG contains Glipizide, an oral medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It belongs to a class of drugs known as sulfonylureas and works by stimulating the release of insulin from the pancreas and increasing the sensitivity of cells to insulin. It is usually taken with meals to help reduce stomach or bowel side effects. It is often used in combination with other diabetes medications, such as metformin.
