Description
FORMIN TAB 850MG contains Metformin, an oral medication used to treat type 2 diabetes. It works by decreasing the amount of glucose produced by the liver and increasing the sensitivity of cells to insulin. It is usually taken with meals to help reduce stomach or bowel side effects. It is often used in combination with other diabetes medications. It is also used off-label to treat polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). This tablet has a higher dose than FORMIN TAB 500MG.
