Description
AMLODIPINE is a calcium channel blocker medication used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest pain). It works by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.
Direction of Use:
Oral administration
Follow the dosage and duration as prescribed by the physician
Contraindication:
Hypersensitivity to amlodipine or any of the excipients
Severe aortic stenosis or heart failure
Pregnancy and lactation
Doses and Administration:
The usual adult dose is 5-10mg once daily.

Side Effects:
Headache, dizziness, edema (swelling), fatigue, and flushing
Rarely, palpitations, chest pain, and shortness of breath
Interactions:
