Description
DICLOFENAC SODIUM 0.1% is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) medication used to treat conditions such as pain, swelling, and inflammation caused by conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used to treat pain, swelling, and inflammation after eye surgery.
Direction of Use:
DICLOFENAC SODIUM 0.1% is usually administered as an ophthalmic solution, instilled into the affected eye(s) once or twice a day, as directed by a healthcare provider.
Contraindication:
DICLOFENAC SODIUM 0.1% should not be used in people who are allergic to diclofenac or any other ingredients in the medication. It should also not be used in people with a history of allergies to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Doses and Administration:
The usual adult dosage for treating pain, swelling, and inflammation after eye surgery is 1 drop in the affected eye(s) three to four times a day.

Common side effects of DICLOFENAC SODIUM 0.1% include eye irritation, burning, stinging, redness, and blurred vision.
Interactions:
