Description

Losartan 50mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg is a medication used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of two drugs: losartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic.

Direction of Use:

Take this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The usual starting dose is one tablet once daily, with or without food.

Contraindication:

Do not use this medication if you are allergic to losartan or hydrochlorothiazide, or if you have anuria (an inability to produce urine).

Doses and Administration:

The usual adult starting dose is one tablet once daily.

Side Effects:

Interactions:
