OTOSOFT ear drops is an over-the-counter medication used to relieve ear pain and discomfort caused by swimmer’s ear, an infection in the outer ear canal. The active ingredient in the drops is usually acetic acid, which helps to dry out the ear canal and reduce the buildup of earwax. The drops can also be used to soften ear wax and make it easier to remove.
